“If you wish to work with a true professional in the building and construction field, look no further than Jordan Bull of The Partners Contracting Group, Inc.! From our first consultation with Jordan we felt the utmost of confidence in his knowledge of the Tampa Bay home construction market in addition to knowing how to manage the ins and outs of re-building our home in a coastal area. Jordan proactively maintains contact with us and provides valuable updates that will ensure a cost effective and timely outcome. We highly recommend Jordan Bull and his team at The Partners Contracting Group, Inc. to anyone planning to build a structurally solid and esthetically beautiful home in coastal Tampa Bay.”

“Jordan provides people with new homes that are hurricane resistant, built high according to FEMA rules and the houses are really nice. … I found him honest, thorough, and he’s helped some in my community repair after Helene.”

Frequently asked questions

Should I rebuild or start over somewhere else?

That's a personal decision, but here's the practical frame: if you love your lot and your community, rebuilding elevated usually protects both your lifestyle and your property value. If your home was substantially damaged, a full rebuild to current code often makes more financial sense than repairing — we'll help you run that comparison honestly before you commit to anything.

Can I change the layout of my previous home?

Yes. A rebuild is treated as new construction, so you're not locked into your old floor plan. Many families keep the feel of the home they loved and fix everything that frustrated them — a bigger kitchen, a first-floor primary suite, more storage, better views.

What does my substantial damage letter actually mean?

It means your local building department determined repair costs would exceed 50% of your home's pre-storm structure value, which triggers FEMA's rules requiring the home to be brought up to current flood elevation standards. In most cases the practical answer is a new elevated home. We'll walk you through exactly what it means for your property.

Can you help me understand what insurance will cover?

We'll help you understand the questions to ask and what the answers mean for your rebuild budget. We don't process claims — that stays between you, your insurer, and your adjuster — but we can provide documentation your insurer needs, and we'll help you navigate financing options if there's a gap.

How long does rebuilding typically take?

Six to ten months end-to-end — three to six months for design and permitting, three to four months of construction. Your home is built indoors while your foundation is installed on your lot, which is how the timeline stays a fraction of the 15 to 24 months a traditional coastal rebuild takes.

Can you build on my existing foundation?

Usually no — and usually that's good news. Most storm-damaged homes sat below today's required flood elevation, so the rebuild goes on a new engineered deep-pile foundation that lifts your finished floor above Base Flood Elevation. That elevation is what protects your home, and often your insurance premium, going forward.

What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?

That's normal — most families don't. That's why we start with your story, not a contract. Bring your questions; we'll bring straight answers about what's possible on your lot.

So my name is Summer, and I found the TPC group. My husband recently passed away two months ago. Um, we’re victims of Hurricane Helene. We had about four feet of water in our house, so, you know, we literally lost everything. Um, so for me, just a lot of trauma and tragedy within, you know, a six to eight-month period, and then all of our stuff was just, just looking at it was just overwhelmed.

I mean, there was nothing that was salvageable at all, you know? And so a few days after my husband passed, um, I just Googled online, “Stilt home builders,” and it led me to Jordan and his team, and I shared my story with him, and he immediately just got up and just hugged me and gave me a lot of reassurance.

Um, was very empathetic about my situation. To have no hope for about a good six or eight months and then to see that he could do a rapid rebuild project in three to four months for us was just the answer that we hadn’t had for a really long time. They just have so much compassion and empathy for people.

I would say that they’re people first. They understand literally, like, my situation. I truly believe they wanna help people. They’ve just really given me hope, you know, to take me and my boys home to, you know, a new home for us and just see what the future holds.

My name, uh, is Randy. After the, uh, Helene hurricane was that we’d had two and a half feet of water in the home. Now externally, the house looks perfectly fine. You’d think the house had never seen a storm. Inside it looks… It’s completely covered in paint and mold. When you go back in later and you start pulling out the things that you wanna keep, that’s when it hits home that all the stuff you’ve put in the home, all your pictures, all the f- all these furnishings, all these decorations that are now covered in mold are unsalvageable.

We had to have a few other people come in, and all of them were, you know, the s- typical stick-built homes that were gonna take, you know, at least a year or more t- before they could even think about being done with the process. It would cost me as much for the rebuild as it did initially for the home and the property for the, what they were talking about building the house for both of them.

And I said, “Yeah, that’s not gonna work for me.” I started working with, um, TPC with their Rapid Rebuild program to come in and get this all done in less than a third of the time that it would take to do with these other companies we’re talking about. They can guarantee us, um, the same specs that Florida requires homes to be built at a certain, you know, wind speed protection, and they g- they’re gonna do all that stuff.

My insurance was giving me the runaround, and TPC came in and they helped me get the insurance squared away. So I got my check. Go into their offices. They would help me. They would show me things. They would walk me through a design of the home. Super simple, super easy, and I really enjoyed that. Um, and the fact that they can do this in a fraction of the time that other builders are talking about doing it, and doing it for less, um, a huge win in that respect too.

And I don’t know if I would have been able to get this done if I had not had their help. The Rapid Rebuild program is going to give us our home back in a lot faster process than anybody else could offer.
