The system for building a custom home was failing people long before the hurricanes — they just made it impossible to ignore. Families waited over a year for answers, stuck between architects, estimates and redesigns. We built a better way: proven designs, honest pricing and one team that sees your home through from the first conversation to the keys.

Founder & Owner

Jordan Bull

Jordan built this company the same way he builds homes—with vision, determination, and follow-through. After September 11, 2001, he volunteered at Ground Zero, setting up supply and support stations for first responders and recovery workers, and he has worked in disaster recovery ever since. With 25+ years of exceptional building in the construction industry, he has completed more than $100 million in residential and commercial construction across Florida. After seeing the devastation and delays homeowners faced post-hurricane, he launched Rapid Rebuild Homes to deliver a faster, smarter, and more ethical solution. Jordan leads from the front, often on-site, ensuring projects are executed with precision and care.

Sherri Bull

As the driving force behind operations, finance, and strategic planning, Sherri ensures Rapid Rebuild Homes runs smoothly and grows sustainably. She manages internal systems, oversees hiring and team culture, and keeps every moving part aligned with the mission: rebuilding homes and lives with determination. Sherri brings high standards, clear direction, and strong follow-through to everything she does.

At Rapid Rebuild Homes, we're proud to have the next generation of talent learning the ropes. Our three dedicated Superintendent-in-Training team members are gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals. They're learning every aspect of site management, from project coordination to quality control, ensuring they grow into effective leaders.

After a storm, clean, safe, and organized job sites can be the difference between a successful project and one that goes up in flames — literally. Rapid Rebuild Homes provides supervisors to every site to ensure the work gets done correctly and safely. We are highly attuned to all our project sites, verifying that schedules and timelines are updated, deliveries are managed properly, and safety standards are upheld.

Well-Rounded Experience

We have an extensive background in mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A particular strength of ours is troubleshooting — we can diagnose and fix problems quickly without calling in additional help. We also prioritize setting our clients up for success by educating them on issues and how we fixed them, so problems don’t continue to arise.
