“If you wish to work with a true professional in the building and construction field, look no further than Jordan Bull of The Partners Contracting Group, Inc.! From our first consultation with Jordan we felt the utmost of confidence in his knowledge of the Tampa Bay home construction market in addition to knowing how to manage the ins and outs of re-building our home in a coastal area. Jordan proactively maintains contact with us and provides valuable updates that will ensure a cost effective and timely outcome. We highly recommend Jordan Bull and his team at The Partners Contracting Group, Inc. to anyone planning to build a structurally solid and esthetically beautiful home in coastal Tampa Bay.”
“Jordan provides people with new homes that are hurricane resistant, built high according to FEMA rules and the houses are really nice. … I found him honest, thorough, and he’s helped some in my community repair after Helene.”
“When Helene and Milton hit, Jordan Bull treated our entire Villa Madeira community like his own family from day one. Caring, trustworthy, and he did everything he could to make us whole again. You don’t find people like this anymore. Highly recommend.”

Frequently asked questions
Still weighing your options? Read Elevate or Rebuild? What Tampa Bay homeowners should know.
Should I rebuild or start over somewhere else?
That's a personal decision, but here's the practical frame: if you love your lot and your community, rebuilding elevated usually protects both your lifestyle and your property value. If your home was substantially damaged, a full rebuild to current code often makes more financial sense than repairing — we'll help you run that comparison honestly before you commit to anything.
Can I change the layout of my previous home?
Yes. A rebuild is treated as new construction, so you're not locked into your old floor plan. Many families keep the feel of the home they loved and fix everything that frustrated them — a bigger kitchen, a first-floor primary suite, more storage, better views.
What does my substantial damage letter actually mean?
It means your local building department determined repair costs would exceed 50% of your home's pre-storm structure value, which triggers FEMA's rules requiring the home to be brought up to current flood elevation standards. In most cases the practical answer is a new elevated home. We'll walk you through exactly what it means for your property.
Can you help me understand what insurance will cover?
We'll help you understand the questions to ask and what the answers mean for your rebuild budget. We don't process claims — that stays between you, your insurer, and your adjuster — but we can provide documentation your insurer needs, and we'll help you navigate financing options if there's a gap.
How long does rebuilding typically take?
Six to ten months end-to-end — three to six months for design and permitting, three to four months of construction. Your home is built indoors while your foundation is installed on your lot, which is how the timeline stays a fraction of the 15 to 24 months a traditional coastal rebuild takes.
Can you build on my existing foundation?
Usually no — and usually that's good news. Most storm-damaged homes sat below today's required flood elevation, so the rebuild goes on a new engineered deep-pile foundation that lifts your finished floor above Base Flood Elevation. That elevation is what protects your home, and often your insurance premium, going forward.
What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?
That's normal — most families don't. That's why we start with your story, not a contract. Bring your questions; we'll bring straight answers about what's possible on your lot.
