Building on your lot should be exciting. For most people, it stalls.

Most lot owners don’t stall because they don’t want to build — they stall because they don’t know where to begin. That’s where we come in.

“If you wish to work with a true professional in the building and construction field, look no further than Jordan Bull of The Partners Contracting Group, Inc.! From our first consultation with Jordan we felt the utmost of confidence in his knowledge of the Tampa Bay home construction market in addition to knowing how to manage the ins and outs of re-building our home in a coastal area. Jordan proactively maintains contact with us and provides valuable updates that will ensure a cost effective and timely outcome. We highly recommend Jordan Bull and his team at The Partners Contracting Group, Inc. to anyone planning to build a structurally solid and esthetically beautiful home in coastal Tampa Bay.”

Frequently asked questions

Can you build on my lot?

Almost certainly — coastal lots in flood zones are our specialty. We build on engineered deep-pile foundations that elevate the home above Base Flood Elevation, which is exactly what most Tampa Bay coastal parcels require. Send us the address and we'll tell you what's possible on your specific property.

How do I know what home will fit on my property?

We figure that out for you. Buildable area, setbacks, flood zone, elevation, and orientation all shape what fits — we'll evaluate your lot and show you which designs work, and how they'd sit on the land, before you spend anything on plans.

Can I start with one of your home designs and make changes?

Yes — that's how most projects begin. Our designs are a starting point, not a fixed catalog. Because every module is engineered to the 180 mph wind standard, layouts can be tailored — first-floor suites, elevated porches, room for a future elevator — without breaking the structural model.

When should I contact you — before or after buying land?

Before, if you can. We'll help you understand what a lot can actually support before you commit. Already own it? Then today — the design and permitting phase is where the timeline starts.

What does your turnkey process include?

Budget planning, home design, site evaluation, engineering, permitting, construction, home set, finishes, and final inspections — one team, one point of contact, from first conversation to keys. We'll also help you navigate financing options, like construction-to-permanent loans, if you need them.

How long does it usually take?

Six to ten months end-to-end for most builds: three to six months of design and permitting, then three to four months of construction with the home built indoors while your foundation goes in on site.

Your lot is the first step. We’ll help with the rest.
