Respected by your neighbors
“When Helene and Milton hit, Jordan Bull treated our entire Villa Madeira community like his own family from day one. Caring, trustworthy, and he did everything he could to make us whole again. You don’t find people like this anymore. Highly recommend.”
“Helene and Milton left so many headaches behind. Fortunately Jordan and the assets his company brought to our aid so rapidly and across so many disciplines, is bringing our property and our 50 units closer everyday to a return to normal operation. The Partners Contracting Group is one stop source every property facing the challenges of severe weather events needs to recover.”
Frequently asked questions
What does an elevated coastal home cost?
Our elevated coastal homes start at $400,000 and run to $1.5 million and above. Where yours lands depends on size, the home design you choose, your finishes, and what your site requires. Once we’ve seen your property and understand your plans, we can give you a real price for your home.
How long does it take to build a home?
Six to ten months end-to-end — three to six months for design and permitting, three to four months of construction. Your home is built indoors while your foundation is installed on your lot, which is how the timeline stays a fraction of the 15 to 24 months a traditional coastal build takes.
How are your homes built?
Your home is built indoors in a controlled facility, then set on a permanent elevated foundation on your lot and finished on site. Building under a roof means tighter tolerances, consistent quality, and materials that are never exposed to weather. Everything is engineered to Florida Building Code for coastal construction.
Is a coastal stilt home the same as a manufactured or mobile home?
No. We specialize exclusively in coastal stilt home construction. Our coastal stilt homes are factory-built in sections, assembled on-site, and placed on permanent foundations to meet all local and state building codes. We do not build manufactured or mobile homes. Florida law treats our homes as buildings constructed to the Florida Building Code (Fla. Stat. §553.36 and §553.355) — a different legal category from HUD-code manufactured homes.
Can your home designs be customized?
Yes. Most homeowners start with one of our home designs and adjust the layout, finishes, porches, or room configurations. Some bring us sketches or inspiration photos and we work from those. Starting from a design we’ve already engineered is what keeps the price accurate and the timeline short, so the more we can work within one, the better the result.
Do you build on my lot?
Yes. Whether you’ve owned the property for years, are rebuilding after a loss, or are buying now, we’ll evaluate elevation, access, soil, and permitting and tell you what the site will take before you commit to anything.
What areas do you serve?
We build along Florida’s west coast, with most of our work in Pinellas and the greater Tampa Bay area. For a larger project outside that range we’ll travel — reach out and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
