Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to build a home?
About six to eight months from contract to move-in. That’s possible because two things happen at once — your foundation and site work go in while your home is being built indoors. A comparable home framed on site typically takes 18 months to two years.
Do you build on my lot?
Yes. Whether you’ve owned the property for years, are rebuilding after a loss, or are buying now, we’ll evaluate elevation, access, soil, and permitting and tell you what the site will take before you commit to anything.
What areas do you serve?
We build along Florida’s west coast, with most of our work in Pinellas and the greater Tampa Bay area. For a larger project outside that range we’ll travel — reach out and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
