More Than a Beautiful Home. A Better Building Experience.
Choosing the right builder matters as much as choosing the right home. Here's what working with us actually looks like.
Priced From a Proven Design
Your estimate comes from a home design we’ve already engineered and built, not a guess about a house that doesn’t exist yet
Built Indoors, Not in the Rain
Your home is framed and finished inside a controlled facility. The lumber in your walls never sits through a Florida downpour.
Move-In Ready in 6-8 Months
Your foundation goes in while your home is being built, not after. That’s how we finish in months, not years.
Elevated Coastal Is All We Do
Pile foundations, flood elevations, Pinellas permitting. It’s the only kind of home we build.
One Person Who Knows Your Project
From your first call to the day you get your keys, you’ll have a dedicated Client Concierge.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does an elevated coastal home cost?
Our elevated coastal homes start at $400,000 and run to $1.5 million and above. Where yours lands depends on size, the home design you choose, your finishes, and what your site requires. Once we’ve seen your property and understand your plans, we can give you a real price for your home.
How long does it take to build a home?
About six to eight months from contract to move-in. That’s possible because two things happen at once — your foundation and site work go in while your home is being built indoors. A comparable home framed on site typically takes 18 months to two years.
How are your homes built?
Your home is built indoors in a controlled facility, then set on a permanent elevated foundation on your lot and finished on site. Building under a roof means tighter tolerances, consistent quality, and materials that are never exposed to weather. Everything is engineered to Florida Building Code for coastal construction.
Can your home designs be customized?
Yes. Most homeowners start with one of our home designs and adjust the layout, finishes, porches, or room configurations. Some bring us sketches or inspiration photos and we work from those. Starting from a design we’ve already engineered is what keeps the price accurate and the timeline short, so the more we can work within one, the better the result.
Do you build on my lot?
Yes. Whether you’ve owned the property for years, are rebuilding after a loss, or are buying now, we’ll evaluate elevation, access, soil, and permitting and tell you what the site will take before you commit to anything.
What areas do you serve?
We build along Florida’s west coast, with most of our work in Pinellas and the greater Tampa Bay area. For a larger project outside that range we’ll travel — reach out and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
